The website provides general travel information and inspiration. An enquiry or quote request does not create a confirmed booking or travel contract. Any proposed arrangement is subject to availability, the applicable supplier or principal terms and the relevant booking process. We will explain the terms and any applicable financial protection for a proposed booking before confirmation. This website does not promise that every booking is financially protected.

Financial Protection

Financial protection varies depending on the travel arrangements you book. Where a flight or flight-inclusive holiday arranged through EVNIRA is protected under the ATOL scheme, the protection is provided by the relevant ATOL holder for that booking. You will receive an ATOL Certificate identifying what is protected and the ATOL holder providing that protection. Please check your ATOL Certificate carefully.

Not all travel services or flight bookings are protected by ATOL. Where ATOL protection does not apply, we will provide the relevant information applicable to your booking.

We take reasonable care with information on the site, but availability, destinations, entry requirements and supplier details can change. Travellers should check official information and documents relevant to their journey. Visa application support, where available, is guidance on applications and documents; decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and approval is never guaranteed. Travel Insurance Assistance is guidance only; EVNIRA does not underwrite insurance policies.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious material or seek unauthorised access. EVNIRA branding and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, subject to lawful exceptions. Third-party links are for convenience; those parties control their own sites and terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and cookies are handled.
